Can any type of business use this?

Built primarily for the alcohol production industry — distilleries, wineries, breweries, cideries, and hospitality venues. That said, many core features (inventory, CRM, invoicing, reporting) work well across a range of industries.

How many users can I add?

Unlimited. There's no per-user fee. As admin, you create access for as many team members as you need, with full role-based permissions to control what each person can view, edit, or delete.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days, full access, no credit card required. Try the whole platform before committing to a subscription. If it's not the right fit, you walk away with no strings attached.

How does payment work?

Monthly via Paystack, billed on the day you subscribed. Cancel anytime through your account settings — no cancellation fees, no lock-in contract.

Does it handle SARS excise compliance?

Yes. The built-in excise module automatically calculates duty based on production volumes and ABV, tracks bonded and duty-paid stock separately, and generates your monthly SARS submission data. Australia (ATO) and UK (HMRC) are also supported.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live within a few days. We provide assisted onboarding and data import support to migrate from spreadsheets or legacy systems. Complex multi-location setups typically take one to two weeks.

Does it integrate with accounting software?

Yes — Xero, Sage, and Pastel. Sales, purchase orders, and financial data flow directly into your accounting platform with no manual data entry. Your books stay accurate and month-end is much faster.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period. We recommend exporting anything you need beforehand. If you reactivate later, your historical data will still be there.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time before your next billing cycle. If you downgrade, just make sure your current data usage is compatible with the lower plan's feature set.

Are new features being added?

Continuously. Liquor Logic is under active development with regular releases. Our goal is a single platform covering every aspect of running an alcohol production business — production, compliance, sales, and distribution.
