Most integrations are configured through your Liquor Logic settings with a simple authentication flow — typically logging into the connected service and granting permission. No coding or API knowledge is required. Our onboarding team will walk you through setting up your integrations as part of your initial setup, and our support documentation covers each integration step by step.

Integrations are included with your Liquor Logic subscription — there are no per-integration add-on fees. You use the integrations relevant to your tech stack and ignore the ones that aren't applicable to your business. See our Pricing page for full subscription details.

Liquor Logic pushes data to Xero — invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and payments created in Liquor Logic flow through to Xero automatically. The sync is triggered when a document is confirmed or a payment is logged. Xero is treated as your accounting record; Liquor Logic is your operational system. You don't need to enter anything twice.

Typically you would connect Liquor Logic to one accounting system — whichever your business uses as its primary financial record. Using multiple accounting integrations simultaneously is not a standard configuration and may cause duplicate records.
